Success and Being Successful

Exercise: escalators
Juice (lent): orange/spinach juice, apple/pineapple/spinach/lime juice and pineapple/grape/celery juice

I am really enjoying my juice. My favourite at the moment is the apple combo, it just hits the spot and it's lovely and green! And for the past few weeks Sainsbury's has had some great offers on fruit and vegetables. Pineapples are 2 for £2.50 and bags of six oranges are 2 for 2.50 as well. And for a while I could get three bags of spinach for the price of two. It is really helping with my food budget! Yesterday I bought 6 pineapples, 8 bags of oranges, 5 bags of spinach, 4 packs of celery and a few limes, 15 apples, 2 boxes of grapes which came to just over £30 and lasts for over a week.

My fast is helping me immensely to have huge clarity. It's great because I'm doing things where I have to flex my courage muscle, so is helping me resist being pulled back to Comfort Zone!

I had a big weekend last week and didn't feel I had enough sleep. I can function very well on little sleep but I'm aware not to push that if I'm sensing I need more. Plus I had a couple of afternoons where I felt very drowsy as opposed to tired. So last night made a point of going to bed early (midnight!) and had a full seven hours. I woke up feeling very refreshed. I have made a note to myself that if I feel sleepy I make sure I sleep, if I need to go to the toilet I go, If I'm thirsty I drink water in order to help keep balance in my body.

Also listening to more Bob Proctor audio. This time on success. The definition of success quoted is a gradual progression towards a worthy goal. You know how we often think we know the meaning of certain words but when we actually think about it we actually don't! I think success is one of those words because most often it is thought of as the end of the journey, but it is really doing all that it takes along the way.

When I look at that clear definition and apply it to my life, relationships, wealth, health, creative expression I realise I am successful, howsabout that!!

Goal-setting is great, particularly BIG goal-setting, however the goal is only one piece of the jigsaw, it's what we learn on the way to achieving the goal that is the real treasure. In my quest to reach my health, wealth goals etc. I am learning to become more courageous, I'm inspired, I'm becoming more knowledgable on specialist subjects, becoming mentally tougher, more intuitive, building character (this is a key one), taking responsibility for my life, helping and encouraging others, making great friends and meeting great people, developing my talents, and everyday am so grateful for how my life is changing and I'm growing.

Do you think you might want to set a goal or two?
